CraftiXcode provides digital engineering and design services. Every project is defined by a specific 'Statement of Work'. Any changes outside this scope will be treated as separate engineering sprints and billed accordingly.

Upon 100% payment clearance, the ownership of the final code and design assets is transferred to the Client. CraftiXcode retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless a specific NDA is signed.

The Client is responsible for providing all necessary API keys, content, and feedback within the agreed timelines. Delays in providing assets will result in project re-scheduling.

We provide a 30-day 'Bug-Free' guarantee post-launch. This does not cover issues caused by third-party updates (e.g., API changes) or unauthorized modifications by the Client.

Either party may terminate the project with a 7-day written notice. In case of termination, the Client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of notice.
